Synopsis

Joe tells the chilling story of a man driven to the edge by mounting socio-economic tensions in the wake of his wife's death. In the not-so-distant future, conditions in the United States have deteriorated to the point where jobs are scarce and health care is even less accessible. One man, at the end of his rope, takes it upon himself to affect change in an unforgiving world. Haunted by the memory of his departed wife, Joe travels down a twisted path leading to high treason.
